I have the right to decline your commission for any reason I choose.

I CAN DRAW NSFW, BUT IT'S AN ADDITIONAL 50% FOR IT

Clothing and/or accessories will be an additional charge, unless there is clothing in the reference sheet you’d like me to use.

Any modifications on my illustrations AND/OR my vtuber assets without my knowledge/consent, will result getting blacklisted.

I will NOT do refunds once I begin your commission.

Full payment is required upfront.

Must be payed through PayPal, VGen, Ko-fi, or Cashapp in USD, please research any currency conversion if needed or I will refuse on the spot.

Please do not constantly ask for WIPS. I have school and a personal life.

I will send you WIPS/Sketches to see if everything is alright with you.

Do not give me a due date less than 1 or 2 weeks, depending on the commission, it will take longer. If you rush me, you will be blacklisted.

Must provide a CLEAR digital reference sheet; do not give me a description or a traditional sheet.

As an artist, I have the right to post your commission unless you request otherwise

Any major changes to your character are prohibited unless I haven’t started on your commission.

I will NOT make any designs from scratch.

All works will have a watermark, do not remove it.

Be specific about what you’d like me to draw, unless you’ll let me be creative with it. You may send an image of what you’d like.

You will receive a full refund if I pass a 5 month mark.

I can draw anthro or anything human-like.

For reference sheets, any additional details such as accessories, headshots, different versions/transformations, etc., will cost $5 each

I will NOT draw detailed backgrounds, mecha, or anything harmful, such as hate speech, transphobia, homophobia, racism, lolis/shotacon, etc.

V-Tuber assets only. I cannot do any sort of rigging at all. I can also make the reference for the v-tuber model if it doesn't have one (do not worry about making extra purchases unless I say otherwise).

Songothent/Dragonworks : Proceeds to misuse AAVE (African American Vernacular English), without knowing the proper use behind it, and only having the excuse of it being put on the internet. Proceeds to continue to misuse it after being told, refused to apologise, and shifted the blame onto me for being "petty" about it. Culturally appropriating AAVE and refusing to acknowledge the meanings, history, and colloquial meanings of the words, phrases, and slang being used, which is effectively a micro-aggression and also just cringe. When confronted, they shifted the blame onto me and rejected accountability. Continued to be passive-aggressive towards me afterwards.

SparkingBlade : Labeled a friend a Nazi whilst knowing the Japanese armband was used to indicate a leader for a club, refused to apologise to said friend

Dracoshroob : Made micro-aggressive comments about me behind my back, and when confronted, shifted the blame onto me for not talking it out first
